We had a phenomenal comp plan until K1 (private equity firm) took over and sliced it nearly in half. No internal promotions, they always bring in management from the outside with zero experience in the niche market (Waste and Recycling haulers) served.

My overall experience was disappointing. High pressure sales and a complete lack of trust or appreciation from leadership. In all of my career I’ve never been treated like an idiot until I worked there. Zero culture. Diversity is clearly not a priority. No thanks..

Frankly, the leadership here is lacking. There is so much opportunity for growth and at one point there was a good reputation in the industry, but leadership has thrown it all down the drain. The company game plan focuses on growth by acquisition, gutting the acquired companies, and trying to ride out the acquired contracts as long as possible before inevitable...Read More
