Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Frankly, the leadership here is lacking. There is so much opportunity for growth and at one point there was a good reputation in the industry, but leadership has thrown it all down the drain.
The company game plan focuses on growth by acquisition, gutting the acquired companies, and trying to ride out the acquired contracts as long as possible before inevitable churn happens in great numbers. This has been a cycle repeated by them multiple times. They don’t value the products they sell, the customers, or the employees. And based on the nature of their company, they also greenwash with eco friendly claims.
They are rampant in all kinds of discrimination at the corporate level. There are lovely, kind individuals working for the company, including sales managers and account executives, but the executive leadership and management is awful. If you are a parent, female or person of color, run far away from working for any team within this company.
