Frankly, the leadership here is lacking. There is so much opportunity for growth and at one point there was a good reputation in the industry, but leadership has thrown it all down the drain. The company game plan focuses on growth by acquisition, gutting the acquired companies, and trying to ride out the acquired contracts as long as possible before inevitable churn happens in great numbers. This has been a cycle repeated by them multiple times. They don’t value the products they sell, the customers, or the employees. And based on the nature of their company, they also greenwash with eco friendly claims. They are rampant in all kinds of discrimination at the corporate level. There are lovely, kind individuals working for the company, including sales managers and account executives, but the executive leadership and management is awful. If you are a parent, female or person of color, run far away from working for any team within this company.

My overall experience was disappointing. High pressure sales and a complete lack of trust or appreciation from leadership. In all of my career I’ve never been treated like an idiot until I worked there. Zero culture. Diversity is clearly not a priority. No thanks..

This place is really a mess and it’s so sad because it didn’t have to be. No leadership, customers hate the company, the PE firm and their operatives are utterly useless, management does nothing but ask for pipeline updates and have reviews, product hasn’t delivered in years….and the sales team is blamed for all of it. Pass unless you have to have the check.
