Lack of leadership and direction. Very minimal training or onboarding for a large company. Lots of turnover.

Lacking leadership direction and efficient product strategy/execution. A lot of hand waiving and no execution. Management doesn’t address the actual issues and often avoids the elephant in the room. Heavily process driven with no acceptance of workplace creativity.

Company culture in transition under new sales leadership. External executive leadership brought in from enterprise software companies have ruined the company culture. Several have been fired recently (a few still remain). Back fills are now coming from the old ranks in trying to rebuild the culture to its former glory.
