Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Reps are severely underpaid, multiple reps have been owed significant compensation $100-600k for deals won and they refused to pay or where capped. Resulting in lawsuits or the rep leaving. Leadership is absolutely terrible. Egotistical, don't truly care about the people or lead. Sent seize and desist to a company that was taking employees of Rocket's. Ended up ruining job offers for people who could've 2x their salary. Basically trapping them at Rocket. Accounts are unfairly distributed and only about 30% of reps hit quota. Accounts change every year as well, which means you are starting over every year and in this market, the deal cycle is 7-12 months. Takes you at least a year to build solid pipeline and deals. Laid off one of the best CRO's we have had (who had brain cancer) unexpectedly. We have had 3 CRO's since then. Rocket merges and buys companies almost quarterly to pump and inflate numbers and revenue. Customers hate us for the most part which used to not be the case. 90% of the technical resources are 65+ age and barely can use slack let alone truly give a great effort everyday since they are close to retirement.
