Brazillian leadership team was great, even when managing teams in NAM. Support from technical and creative teams was great as well. However, they hired one sales manager who had little experience in SaaS/tech and it seems like that team has fully turned over since I left. I doubt the company is faring well through this current downturn, as big names like Adobe were starting to eat ION's lunch.
