Horrible company. They change direction often to appease stock holders, micro manage metrics that are not focused on producing and growing. Nothing is ever good enough and successes are often met with "but, we could have" versus acknowledging the good. Find somewhere else.

My initial experience was fantastic, but with the arrival of new leadership, my once-positive experiences took a disappointing turn. Conversations about KPIs, which were once constructive, became rather undesirable. Additionally, the high employee turnover began to have a noticeable impact on the business.
