I only hit 100% quota once in five years! The rest of the years were anywhere from a miserable 20% to 85% There are no decent spiffs, incentives for sales people to sell the solutions which are quite complex in nature and require deep understanding of the customers requirements

Very good WAN & application acceleration tech that will remain relevant for a long time. Observability products are good. A couple of product stumbles, and poor moves by a Cisco CRO. Company went backwards after that, delisted, the founder was exited (bad bad). Riverbed is still loved by many customers and partners, and I hope it rebuilds.
