Management is super awesome. Training was a bit rocky but Im well aware of what the company is doing to fix it. Really on top of it as far as constantly working to improve. Pay could definitely be a considerable bit more competitive but a lot of things make up for it

My experience at RingCentral has been positive, the product is create and they are constantly adding to the portfolio to stay ahead. The culture/people make RingCentral a fun place to work! There is a ton of change and you need to be able to adapt to the change. With the change sometimes comes unrealistic expectations from leadership with selling new products.

Generally good experience but the compensation plan recently changed and it is absolutely brutal. Leadership change has changed the way a once great company used to operate.
