Great people. Strong leadership. Weak partner engagement. Product differentiation is almost non-existent. No SDR/BDR Leads = Full-cycle sales cycle for AE's. Small install base = Greenfield of opportunity.

Rhombus has so far been a fantastic company to work for - the leadership is caring and wants to enable the sales team. On the Velocity SLED team (sells to smaller SLED accounts), the base pay is modest, but the top earners are making over $400k. Great company culture with an obvious market fit. Growth is incredibly exciting...the only thing missing is a base salary that is competitive to the market. If you can ignore that though, the upside is huge.
