If you're in the US, I'd steer clear. Pay is abysmal, the product is clunky and outdated, and it's likely that all of our jobs will be moved to Bulgaria.

I really enjoyed my time at RG the product was loved by clients and it was very sticky (not much churn at all ) we often hit over 100% on retention in the CS department.
