Good, potential comp very good but luck is considerable factor. Comp plan changes implemented every quarter, reps little to no input, can significantly demotivate, through personal forecasts and work out of the window.

I would give the company a 2/5. It could be a decent starting point in your career, but then many things must improve: - The product training is too poor and there is almost zero sales training - Target become quite unachievable after 1 year - The culture is ok, but very individualistic.
