Fantastic company to start your sales career. The training and enablement is great as are the people. Compensation is a bit low for an SDR gig, but you have more job security than other SDRs I would say and there is still good earning potential depending on the client. The biggest downside is it's hard to move up beyond becoming a team lead. Take things like deal size and number inbound leads with a grain of salt since in depends on the client you work with.
