Overall the structure in this company is instrumental and phenomenal. Couldn't have chose a better company to start my tech sales journey in. You get to work in projects with different verticals.

Overall the culture is very strong and supportive, but that comes and goes in waves as there is pretty consistent turnover. Fantastic company to start your sales career. The training and enablement is great as are the people. Compensation is a bit low for an SDR gig, but you have more job security than other SDRs I would say and there is still good earning potential depending on the client.
