As the market has shifted and we operate as a white labeled outbound sales team, most of our customers are now green tech and cybersecurity. The company over hired and is now leaning out. A good portion of our org was laid off and a lot of reps on PIPs.
Reveneer used to be a place to grow but it is no longer the case, unless you want to be stuck as a BDR manager. AE opportunities are limited (usually picking favorites) and was never the company's business model in the first place.
Policy on work environment lacks consistency. I once had the option to work fully remote. Then at least one day in the office, and after that mandatory two days. Now we are told what days we must be in the office. No thanks.
I think experiences will vary from person to person and I value the training I received and the friends I made here. It's powerful to utilize your network since a lot of SDRs will eventually transition to another company. Browse Other Reviews
