Overall the culture is very strong and supportive, but that comes and goes in waves as there is pretty consistent turnover. The pay is among the lowest I've seen in the industry, in terms of both base salary and commission. Upper management is not always honest with employees, however the training and support is fantastic and it is a great place to begin a career in tech sales.

Overall the structure in this company is instrumental and phenomenal. Couldn't have chose a better company to start my tech sales journey in. You get to work in projects with different verticals.

Great experience working here prior to the pandemic and SVB collapsing. Fantastic training to start a career in tech sales. Teammates are great.
