I'm currently still employed with Republic. Right off the bat the base compensation is less than ideal. People in my position generally land at 50k base. I'm closer to 100k. The commission structure is ok. Guardrails for pricing are not generally in line with the market. In my opinion the company doesn't view the sales role in the traditional sense.
