Good company to work for with an always in demand industry. Metrics are very high but obtainable with effort and being on the road much of the week. Get out what you put in. Salary and commission are good if you’re looking for a six figure income but unless you go for higher positions that’s about where it stops. Lot of avenues to generate leads and make sales quotas.

Account managers were moved from owning a city/portion of state to being on a team that support a multi-state region. Took all the personality of it out and made it about talking to enough people per day and holding people to their annual rate increase.
