Like most places, your experience depends on the business unit location and managment team, and territory. I have great sales leadership and sales team. Territory is dominated by one competitor but making progress.

This is a horrible place to work. It is focused around corporate profits and has shown many times over the years that it does not care about employee well being.

Good company to work for with an always in demand industry. Metrics are very high but obtainable with effort and being on the road much of the week. Get out what you put in. Salary and commission are good if you’re looking for a six figure income but unless you go for higher positions that’s about where it stops.
