My overall experience in the 7 years I was with the company was not bad in the first 3 years. Years 4 and 5 were great for internal promotions. Year 6 was the best year I made base plus commission I blew it out of the park. Year 7 I was demoted making an hourly wage and NO COMMISSION. I LITERALLY HAD TO GET A 2nd JOB like WTH.

Good company to work for with an always in demand industry. Metrics are very high but obtainable with effort and being on the road much of the week. Get out what you put in. Salary and commission are good if you’re looking for a six figure income but unless you go for higher positions that’s about where it stops. Like most places, your experience depends on the business unit location and managment team, and territory. I have great sales leadership and sales team. Territory is dominated by one competitor but making progress.
