Replicated was a company that didn't know what it wanted out of its sales org and didn't have a clear GTM strategy so wasn't able to enable them. This led to a mass layoff of 90% of their revenue team of which I was a part of. They compensated well and had great benefits though which did make my short stint there somewhat worth it
