Disappointing to say the least. Good training but the message is inconsistent in how to employ the methodology.

Took 4 months to even get a comp plan to myself (manager) and my team (canvassers). Comp plan made no sense and was completely unachievable. Upper management would then regularly complain about lack of results and the team not being motivated enough and were just happy “living off the base.” It was disgusting.

Worst company ever, leads are very scarce. You will be calling 10 year old leads.
