My overall experience was poor. If you don't impress management within the first thirty days of selling, your days are numbered. There is no time to settle into the job, despite what they initially tell you. There is no compensation for gas, no base salary, and you are expected to perform an additional part time job for free catching up on back-end paperwork and attending weekly meetings and trainings on your days off for zero comp.

My overall experience was positive. It was a difficult position to get used to due to little training. Over time was able to develop an effective pitch and was able to make decent money.

Renewal by Andersen can make you a lot of money but it is an extremely stressful place to work. There is high turnover. They also sell the most expensive window on the market. It’s a very good window but it can be very difficult to sell this product and have someone understand why the window is $2,000 or more expensive per.
