Former Employee3.9May 3, 2024My overall experience was positive. It was a difficult position to get used to due to little training. Over time was able to develop an effective pitch and was able to make decent money.

Current Employee3.6Jul 15, 2024Overall experience was good. You can make 150-250 in your first year easy. You have to spend a lot of your own money on car expenses with 30k+ miles driven per year. If you crush it you make a lot, if not you make 6 figures after expenses still. Nights and weekends are tough but scheduling flexibility is nice

Current Employee2.4May 28, 2024Renewal by Andersen can make you a lot of money but it is an extremely stressful place to work. There is high turnover. They also sell the most expensive window on the market. It’s a very good window but it can be very difficult to sell this product and have someone understand why the window is $2,000 or more expensive per.
