Company is trying to grow extremely quickly, and setting high quotas to attain growth. It's not reasonable with the market conditions and the expected decline in purchases in the next year. Leadership is absent. Unethical practices are promoted.

Great company overall. Worked with wonderful teams and didn't have any bad managers. There was a lot of upper management bloat and constant change in culture depending on who the CRO was any given year. It's a competitive market and inbound leads were few and far between. Had a large bag of products to sell.

Unattainable quotas and high turnover. AMs and AAAEs are expected to sell 2.5x renewal base. Good base salary, but that's about the only plus.
