Unattainable quotas and high turnover. AMs and AAAEs are expected to sell 2.5x renewal base. Good base salary, but that's about the only plus.

Great company overall. Worked with wonderful teams and didn't have any bad managers. There was a lot of upper management bloat and constant change in culture depending on who the CRO was any given year. It's a competitive market and inbound leads were few and far between. Had a large bag of products to sell.

Overall, my experience was positive up to the recent acquisition. When I first started, the training was good, there was a culture of winning together and the pay was decent.
