Great company overall. Worked with wonderful teams and didn't have any bad managers. There was a lot of upper management bloat and constant change in culture depending on who the CRO was any given year. It's a competitive market and inbound leads were few and far between. Had a large bag of products to sell.

Overall, my experience was positive up to the recent acquisition. When I first started, the training was good, there was a culture of winning together and the pay was decent. Following the acquisition, communication was terrible, compensation was cut and legacy employees were left out in the cold… a real shame for what was once a great company to work for.
