Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Remote was great - I loved working here. The inbound leadflow was alright but the distribution was one of the worst I have ever seen. There is 0 transperancy and there is no round robin. Basically leads got distributed to whenever... it was really hard at the start, but eventually got used to it.
Once I mentioned and complained about this lack of distribution, my direct manager had basically told me that I contribute too much negativity in the team.
Not a surprise when half the team gets 0 leads and the other half get the rest.
Regardless of that, objectively Remote is in the top 3 for EOR.
