The opportunity to make money is fantastic, Redwood goes from strength to strength in the market but career growth is very limited in certain roles and you need to be comfortable working in a heavily metric-orientated company

Absolute rocket. No shares or ISUs, but who cares when you're at 100% of your target in May and heading for 250%. 9/10 of my team mates are at or above target.

there is limited opportunity for promotion in sales and they are doing little to change that

Executive leadership is good. Culture is variable. Arguably high churn in employees, very “what have you done for me lately”/“sink or swim” mentality. Owned by private equity. Base is ok, commission is good. Get things in writing.
