A company full of managers, but none that take accountability & ownership. The biggest challenge is creating a vision & flow within the business. Every week is a panic due to problems that were not heard, owned and solved in the past.

Lack of leads, training or anything else essential. Day to day at Redstor was calling a list of deadlines with MAYBE 2-3 warm leads per week. Redstor is overshadowed and overwhelmed By bigger, and better companies.
