A company full of managers, but none that take accountability & ownership. The biggest challenge is creating a vision & flow within the business. Every week is a panic due to problems that were not heard, owned and solved in the past.

Lack of leads, training or anything else essential. Day to day at Redstor was calling a list of deadlines with MAYBE 2-3 warm leads per week. Redstor is overshadowed and overwhelmed By bigger, and better companies.

It's a great product but priced higher than everything else. There are virtually no inbound leads

The company was promising when I first joined. No equity but I saw the vision. Overtime, bad management changes, lack of accountability and terrible sense of direction where ELT was not on the same page nor listening to customer feedback, the code is too old to keep up with what customers need and want without HIKING the prices. The product fit no longer made sense...Read More
