Overtime, bad management changes, lack of accountability and terrible sense of direction where ELT was not on the same page nor listening to customer feedback, the code is too old to keep up with what customers need and want without HIKING the prices. The product fit no longer made sense and the culture was shot. As for any job, HR was abysmal. Do not confide nor trust wha they have to say. Head of the entire department was a disgusting, vile human. The enviornment is not a great one to thrive. Again, I had high hopes and left with a mental disorder.
