Overall terrible experience with little coaching/ assistance. Redstor is overwhelmed by larger company’s with better value propositions making it next to impossible to close deals. You’re given a list of dead leads to cold call all day with little to no inbound leads. The company is micromanaging and it feels like you’re walking on eggshells with upper management. Please don’t make the mistake and work for Redstor

The company was promising when I first joined. No equity but I saw the vision. Overtime, bad management changes, lack of accountability and terrible sense of direction where ELT was not on the same page nor listening to customer feedback, the code is too old to keep up with what customers need and want without HIKING the prices.
