Product has potential. The corporate team is experiencing challenges. Leadership lacks experience and this is reflected in poor quota attainment. Certain leaders exhibit concerning behavior. Would not recommend to my network

The culture took somewhat of a drastic change with 2 C-level changes in several months. The entire upper echelon of sales management stepped out (to a single competitor) and that generated massive changes downstream. IMO the 'old' Redis felt more caring and had a better feeling of work-play-hard culture.

Do you own due diligence before joining the mid-market Asia team. Bad leadership with lack of knowledge in Asia market. The current manager is based in India with little Asia (ex India) sales experience and very little executive connections. No coaching and micro managing.
