Great culture and product but going through leadership change and growing pains as they prepare to IPO. Is affecting lead flow. Also have marketing issues that impact ability to prospect effectively as a seller.

High growth, fast pace and lots of smart people. People are genuinely nice her and good sales leaders and well known product. Just some growing pain but very bright path to IPO

My overall is experience is really good! New comp structure was just released and our Base compensation rate was nearly cut in half
