The culture took somewhat of a drastic change with 2 C-level changes in several months. The entire upper echelon of sales management stepped out (to a single competitor) and that generated massive changes downstream. IMO the 'old' Redis felt more caring and had a better feeling of work-play-hard culture.

Change in Leadership at the top will determine the health of Redis as an great Sales Organization over the next year or 2+. Still TBD.

Great culture and product but going through leadership change and growing pains as they prepare to IPO. Is affecting lead flow. Also have marketing issues that impact ability to prospect effectively as a seller.
