The company had excellent training and an incredible campus. Base pay was extremely low and the compensation plan changed frequently and was based on conversion of leads rather than what was actually produced. One month you could close more deals than another month but be paid less. Inbound leads galore so a great place to gain sales skills and then go elsewhere.

My experience provided a significant amount of development opportunities and provided exposure to seniors leaders within my team and company. However, the company does not compensate for deals unlike other partnership and digital sales roles outside of the company.

It was a good entry level job that provides on good on site training for first time salespeople. The company itself is a bit cult like with people really emphasizing the "culture" but ultimately it's very micromanaged and leadership shifted goals and targets often. Job stability was grim.
