Executive leadership, especially the CEO, was the most toxic professional I’ve met in nearly 20 years. They set insanely unrealistic expectations, have no plan or process in place to get there, and layoff 30% of their org all the time, illegally withholding earned commissions and denying severance. They also lie and knowingly steal from Chargebee and Stripe. Whatever you do, run, avoid, and tell your friends.
