This is a good learning experience for new reps because you'll have to make 100 dials a day minimum and constantly talk to blue-collar businesses. Transactional sales. They have a great incentive compensation structure, but the starting base is low compared to industry standards. Sales training is available and very helpful. This is a sales-driven startup.
