Bad experience overall. Absolute sweatshop. You’ll be a telemarketer, not an “SDR”. This place is geared more towards college graduates who will mindlessly make 130+cold calls daily. Terrible pay. Catered lunches from great restaurants is the only pro here.

I love Levitate, I would never want to leave if they paid better. My first opportunity in sales, I learned so much. Managers are great, leadership is great, company is fast growing. I have not one bad thing to say about Levitate.

The base salary is low and your SDR quota is based on the deal closing, not the demo showing up. Dials are closely monitored, even if you hit you booking goal. Saw a guy book 16 demos in a day, and he still had to hit his 130 dials. Good entry role, but gain the skills and find a new role.
