All in all, Radware is an old company that needs to go through some deep transformation to be able to fulfill the goal of being a leader in the market again. Though there still exist customers super confident about the product and the technology, new actors are making it hard to keep up. Nevertheless, the culture is fairly ok - no toxic management nor massive lay-offs.

Radware is undertaking a change of the full org, stating with the US, will surely flow to EMEA. Good management and opportunities for those who perform but changes to ACV that make some deals less interesting
