Current Employee RSA is seen as legacy tech in the Australian market. They do not invest in any decent sales prospecting tools other than 6th sense but reps carry a large NNL number. No office so fully remote team so very little team culture or opportunity for decent collaboration. Also the Channel team is not incentivised to sell to Enterprise accounts. Their compensation is focused on the SMB space. There is opportunity to travel both domestic and international and the majority of staff are good to work with. However, without the sales tools, engaged Channel, and tiny regional marketing budget, RSA is a very hard sell in Australia/NZ. Browse Other Reviews
