Current Employee Great training experience. Some of the most solid B2B training you could get. They probably invest too much into training (6 month long programs) but they do really value you as a person and do not randomly lay people off. The market is a little stiff as they're an old company, but they have a large, global product suite which does enable you to potentially sell enterprise level deals if you know what you're doing.
Some amount of inbound leads, but generally you will be expected to generate your own and you have submit lead request forms if you want access to more.
Base pay could be hire across the board but the commission structure is setup to provide you is fairly sustainable. Average sales cycle is 6 months to 1 year. Depends on the vertical you're selling into.
It is an aging workforce but they're working on that currently by investing a lot into leadership and development.
