Great place to start a sales career. Program designed to help you develop strong sales skills and become a great SDR. Quotas and expectations are higher due to this. Low pay but its a payoff for better pay in the future. Good management. Long hours/high stress if underperforming.

It is a very entry level role into the SDR/BDR roles, they help you fond a new position after 3-4 months depending on how well you do.
