Great people and support team. However there’s no commission structure in this sales role. Which is very odd for a sales position, expecting you to make 100+ cold calls a day. Management would check your activity throughout the day.

Terrible company. Management is very toxic. The compensation is abysmal and the turnover is massive.

Tbey had a realy great initial training. Your sucess is determined by the clients you have. You don't get any pay or commission, only a 250 dollar bonus for beating bith quotas. Turnover is fairly high and expected to make 120 to 150 cold calls a day averaging 12 to 15 an hour, so can be a lot of work.

Great staring point and good initial training. However your success depends on the project and workload is very high as you make 120 cold calls a day and less than the industry average. Also, only get 250 a month for beating your quota for both clients.
