Tbey had a realy great initial training. Your sucess is determined by the clients you have. You don't get any pay or commission, only a 250 dollar bonus for beating bith quotas. Turnover is fairly high and expected to make 120 to 150 cold calls a day averaging 12 to 15 an hour, so can be a lot of work.

This position is excellent for someone wanting SDR experience. The company teaches you BDR best practices and is great for adaptable individuals who learn quickly.
