New CRO who is focused on SMB/Commercial activity and does not seem to understand Enterprise and Strategic motions. Constant account changes and team alignment has caused performance to struggle this year. Product and pockets of teams still make organization successful.

Quickbase has a great product, but needs to find or create a consistent message and category to help sellers. Leadership is on the right track.

Good company with a solid market fit. A lot of change at the moment is making it difficult to understand company trajectory. I do think they will come out better on the other side, but growing pains can be challenging.
