Would not recommend it for Account Executives. Great fit for SDRs however. Not enough Account Executive support and very unorganized with less than 20% of the Enterprise team hitting Quota.

There are certain segments that are being pushed towards unrealistic expectations. “What have you done for me lately” type of atmosphere. Top performers aren’t recognized. Morale is low and micro-managing is high.

Overall, leadership has taken a position to micro-manage the Enterprise Expand segment. Commission rates have been adjusted down and quotas have been increased between 30%-50%. last year only 2 out of 20 AEs hit quota. Maybe another 2-3 were within 70% of their quota.
