It was a good place to enter Saas sales. Too many changes to comp plan and leadership is innovating the platform, but not with it's workers. 70% of company feels compensation is too low, but the software rocks.

I love working at quickbase. I have a great boss, team, work-life balance and overall like our company and product. I hate the commission rate and I think base pay is pretty low.
