Terrible Experience. Bad management, leaders are only revenue driven and do not care about people. Quota are unrealistic. High turnover of employees, high salaries also the fix part because they are not able to attract talents. Stay away.

The overall experience was completely grueling. There's very little to no product training (they tell you "you don't need to know product to sell- yet most clients ask for high level technical questions daily). The sales engineers do everything they can to get out of demos and other calls unless it is a big potential deal. On top of this, they promised no reductions...Read More

Lower than average base pay. Good leadership. Quotas fluctuated, reasonable at the start of the year but continued rising as the year went on.

Used to be good. But the consistent layoffs of good working reps along with the continued pay below market made this difficult to continue working here.
