Pushpay has priced themselves out of the market b/c they are 3-4 times as expensive as their competitors. This would not be a problem if marketing & Business Development efforts were being focused on true mid-market customers that are willing to pay more for a premium product.
Most of the MQLs or deals from BDRs are prospects that cannot afford Pushpay or are not interested in the product at all. BDRs incentivized by the volume of discovery calls they set up, not quality. The sales rep has to convert a lead into an opportunity even if it's completely unqualified. In summary, there is a lot of "warm" leads handed to sales reps, BUT most are unqualified, have no budget, and are a waste of time. As a sales rep you are expected to cold call and source your own deals as well.
They need to re-evaluate their pricing model to make it affordable or re-focus their marketing efforts on larger prospects that can actually afford it since nobody is hitting their numbers. Browse Other Reviews
